Best in Show

I've got a piece in the Best in Show competition that benefits the Roanoke Valley SPCA. The opening reception is Friday, February 19, 2010 in the Taubman Museum. 6:30pm - 9pm. All artwork will be for sale and all artists designate a portion (or all) of the proceeds to the RVSPCA. Note cards featuring category winners will be available for sale, also.

Over 160 artists are featured. No crafts or mass produced items are allowed, so this is a show for fine artists.

Carnival to benefit the Snow Leopard Trust. Mill Mountain Zoo has generously agreed to let the Snow Leopards of the Blue Ridge (a chapter of the Snow Leopard Trust) hold this event at the zoo. There will be games and prizes of for all ages. 1pm-4pm
